Kym Davis is a Certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute – U.S.A., and holds a Master of Project Management degree from Western Carolina University. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide, South Australia, and is a Certified Practising Accountant with the Australian Society of Accountants. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and the United States Project Management Institute.

Kym is the Managing Director of Ausproject International Pty Ltd, which he founded in 1995, after having 13 years experience with Sagric International, the last 9 years of which he was General Manager of the Project Management Division, and subsequently the New Business Ventures Division.

He has extensive experience in World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, African Development Bank, UNHCR, IFAD and AusAID project design, planning and management. He is an acknowledged expert in developing Log Frames, Project Management systems, and establishing effective Project Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation Plans. He has served as the Project Director of a number of major multi-disciplinary projects in Indonesia, Philippines and the Middle East.

Kym has worked in 22 countries and frequently utilises the logical framework methodology as the centrepiece of his assignments. The methodology has taken him from corporate strategic planning in the U.S.A. for Team Technologies and Sky Station International to strengthening the project planning and management capability of the State Planning Committee in Hanoi, Vietnam. He has facilitated the development of the 1995 and 1999 strategic plans for Sagric International as well as a number of other Australian organisations.

As well as his project management role Kym also is a Director Sky Station Australia Pty. Ltd. Sky StationTM is developing a proprietary stratospheric system for delivering hi-speed, low cost telecommunication services to 250 of the largest metropolitan areas around the globe. He has been responsible for the establishment and operation of the Australian joint venture, and researching Australia’s capability to be a major fabrication and launch site for the stratospheric platforms.

Kym is also involved in the strategic development of an Internet based Business to Business (B2B) eCommerce service to Suppliers and Dealers in the Irrigation industry, both nationally and internationally. He is the Managing Director of Irrecom Pty Ltd.

Chris Pedler is an experienced trainer in computer software, project management and spreadsheet applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a postgraduate Diploma of Education, both from the University of Adelaide.

Chris is a Microsoft certified professional in MS Project and has provided training, including Log Frame workshops and advanced spreadsheeting skills to the Ministry of Trade Indonesia, China Agricultural Support Services Project, Sagric International, Mobil Petroleum, Normandy Poseidon, Savant, Telstra, DSTO, Adelaide City Council, Data Action and other clients.
